SAP has much experience doing many houses over the years with new builds for Hotondo Homes as well as renovations, maintaining a large conference centre, child care centres, cafes, church lighting upgrades and car parking lighting. We have also installed many 3 phase plugs and sockets in shed’s for the appropriate machinery as well as high bay shed lighting. We have provided the power points and lights for exisiting sheds that require extra power points and lighting solutions including flood lighting and sensor lights. Switching your old lighting to new low voltage LED downlights is not only a much nicer look than baton holders but is much more cost effective in the long run.
Communication points
Communication and data points are often used to extend the internet connection from the users modem or router to another point or points in the home or office. These can be installed to where it is possible to get new cables to from the existing spot (probably where the NBN connection box is in your garage) to your required location.
Security Lighting and Sensor Lights
Quality flood lights and trade standard security lights are important around your house, shed or workplace to keep it safe and give light when needed on approach either driving in or people approaching your door. A great deterrent for intruders, its is important to have quality sensor lights that can be positioned where needed and activated in the field of view you want. SAP also install security systems around the perimeter of home or office to ensure safety at all times. We use quality outside flood lights to provide a great amount of needed light outside a shed or just to generally light up your outdoor space. Other things to think of, on a seperate sensor, outside lighting, in the eaves, such as downlights that can come on as people enter a dark house, if required.
Switch plates and powerpoint upgrades
We have been using Clipsal Iconic range for switches and powerpoint in most new houses and enjoy all the options in this area the customer has. From colour choice to differing mechs. Sometimes a renovation, even just a new colour on the walls along with changing your switches it can make a huge difference. Also after about ten years we have found existing mechs in switches and power points can start to have problems with switching and worst cases have safety concerns. We at SAP are happy to look at these and change over when required.
Fan installation
Fans are a cheap and effective way to keep your space cool and create air flow. People often comment after a ceiling fan has been installed, in their bedroom or office space, that especially on a hot summer day or night it makes such a huge difference in an inexpensive way. Cheap to run and many differing choices of fans you can create a beautiful and functional space. Great for living rooms, bedrooms, outdoor entertaining areas, office areas.
