Temporary Poles are an important part in the set-up of a backyard festoon lighting display.
We have various sizes and solutions depending on your set-up. Ideally a temporary pole is used between two more permanent structure fixing points (like between a fixing point on a house structure and a fixture on a permanent fence), and the temporary posts are between these points every 4-5 metres to keep the festoons/ fairy lights high enough. We have sand bags, and gantry wires which are definitely helpful in getting the post set-up right for you. Discuss with us your event area and look at the options available. Although festoon temporary poles are quick and easy to install, it’s important that you get it right so that the festoons stay where you want them for your event! Often installing a fixing point high up on a house to the lower point towards the end of the backyard can be a affective look if done right – also perimeter festoons is a option to get the mood you are after.

- Festoon pole pack includes 12 poles, with height out of ground up to 2400mm. Gantry wires and tent pegs and sand bags available on request
- Festoon Premium pole pack includes 10 sturdy poles that can be either mounted on a deck (screwed down base plates) which is very sturdy with a height of 2200mm achieved on that set-up or a in-ground set-up with a height of approximately 2400mm.
